Jasmin Pal was born on 24th August 1996 in Innsbruck. The goalkeeper came through the ranks at FC Wacker Innsbruck and made the step up to the first-team. Her first move outside of Austria came in 2015 to BV Cloppenburg in the 2. Bundesliga. After her return a year later, she then made the move back to Germany in 2020 and joined SC Sand. She quickly became first choice but suffered a knee injury in January 2022.
Pal worked hard on her comeback and made it into the Austria squad for the 2022 European Championship in England. Since the 2022-23 season, Pal has been at FC.
