FC striker Imad Rondić has been loaned out once more. The 26-year-old Bosnian was loaned out to Polish Ekstraklasa side, Raków Częstochowa in the summer transfer window. Rondić did not feature as often as hoped and the loan was cut short. The forward has now joined 2. Bundesliga outfit, SC Preußen Münster on loan.
“It’s a shame that the loan to Poland did not turn out as well as everyone involved had hoped. With his move to Preußen Münster, Imad now has the opportunity to get regular playing time and take on more responsibility on the pitch in the coming months. We hope that his performances there will have a positive influence on the team and that he will play his part in helping Münster achieve their sporting goals. We wish him every success in this new challenge,” said FC Managing Director, Thomas Kessler.
Imad Rondic joined 1. FC Köln in February 2025 from Widzew Łódź and signed a deal until 2029. In the second-half of the 2024-25 season, he made 10 appearances across league and cup as FC secured promotion back to the Bundesliga. At Raków Częstochowa, he featured a total of 18 times.
